This afternoon, Ralph Randall, Sales Associate at the Dave Perry-Miller & Associates Highland Park Office, closed one of the most important properties built within the past 25 years.  Situated on more than eight acres in the fairway of one of Dallas’ most prominent neighborhoods, this exquisite estate was constructed circa 1993 under the skillful team of Cole Smith, Architect: Smith/Ekblad & Associates, Sherry Hayslip-Smith, Hayslip Design Associates and Cole Smith, Jr., Crowbar Contractors.  Among the numerous amenities of the home are a racquetball court, exercise room and locker rooms adjacent to a near Olympic-sized natatorium, bowling alley, wine cellar with tasting room, a conservatory overlooking interlocking Koi ponds, tennis court, baseball diamond and a private lake.  Ralph retains the record for participating in the sale of the most expensive home in Highland Park and has now sold the most expensive home in Old Preston Hollow to date.

Ebby Halliday Real Estate congratulates Ralph on another milestone in his illustrious 28 year career in residential real estate.
