Yesterday, our very own Ebby Halliday was a guest at the Executive Women International Luncheon where she presented the annual Ebby Halliday Executive Excellence Award. 

Ebby received the first award in 2000, at which time EWI Dallas decided to name the award for her in recognition of her incredible support of their organization and her tireless contributions to the community.

The award is presented to an EWI Dallas member who has made significant contributions to both EWI and their community and this year’s winner was Kat Kirk of Hitachi Data Systems.  Pictured above is William Moore of The Grayson Group, who accepted the award on behalf of Kat who was traveling for business.

In addition to the award presentation, the luncheon also featured guest speaker Bill Lively, president and CEO of the North Texas Super Bowl XLV Host Committee who spoke about the economic impact of Super Bowl XLV on North Texas as well as the many upcoming events leading up to the big game.
